the location was great as it was situated down the street from the beach area. Plus, we enjoyed watching the fire show which the performers took the pathway to enter the stage. the room was well-maintained, and the bathroom was clean. the staff was professional and provided excellent service. the breakfast buffet had many options and was delicious.
We encountered some issues with the food at one of the restaurants.

Great service and friendly staff. Convenient location near attractions and public transportation. Beautiful pool area and comfortable rooms.
Limited options for dining and bar choices. Noise from nearby rooms and outside the hotel can be disruptive.

I had an amazing time staying at this luxurious hotel. The location within the garden area was stunning and provided a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a well-stocked mini-bar. I especially enjoyed relaxing on the balcony and taking in the beautiful surroundings. The on-site dining restaurant and bar/lounge area offered a variety of delicious food and drinks. The staff provided excellent service, and I want to give a special shoutout to those who made my stay even more enjoyable. Amazing staff, very friendly and attentive. The pool area was beautiful with lots of seating options and a great swim-up bar. The buffet breakfast was delicious and had many options. The location was convenient, with easy access to transportation and nearby attractions.
The beach was not as nice as we expected, with lots of seaweed and crowded areas. The bed in our room was uncomfortable and could have used an upgrade.
